This lovely old building used to be the home of the mill owner but had been derelict for 15 years. It has now been restored, retaining many of the original features to provide luxurious holiday accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms.



All the upstairs bedrooms have stunning views down the valley and have high, beamed ceilings. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and on the same floor there is a further double bedroom, a twin and a full bathroom.

Downstairs there is a well equipped kitchen, large sitting/dining room with a wood burning stove and a further room which is furnished to be used either as a television room or a double bedroom.

The large private terrace is accessed from the kitchen.

These prices are for up to 4 guests. For larger parties an additional 4 guests may be accommodated at £90 per person per week high season, £70 mid season and £60 low season.

The weekly rates are per property, based on up to four people sharing, self-catering and include bed linen, towels and gas/electricity. The towels provided are for use in the house and not for the pool or sunbathing. You should bring your own pool towels or alternatively you may hire them at €4 per person. The house has a TV receiving Spanish television and DVD player and fully equipped kitchen including an extra tap supplying purified drinking water. The fridge will be stocked with the basics for your first breakfast including eggs from our own hens.

Although prices are shown for weekly rentals, part week bookings are welcome and charged at a pro rata daily rate. We offer a 20% discount on the second and subsequent weeks. Rentals may start on any day to suit our guests.

You may pay by cheque, bank transfer, PayPal or by credit card. We have to impose a 3% surcharge on card and PayPal payments.

The house rental starts at 3:00pm on your arrival day. If you have an early flight and wish to gain access to your house before 3:00 let us know in advance and we will be able to advise if this is possible. There is no additional charge for early access.

The house rental finishes at 10:30am on your day of departure. If we have a same day turn round you will be asked to vacate your house by 10:30. If we do not have more guests arriving that day you will be able to extend your stay on payment of a €20 late occupancy charge applicable after 12 noon.

The house is accessed on level ground from the parking area and internally there is a steep staircase with handrail.
